Please Note:
The Central Diary is the working update to the Official Calendar of Meetings.
The Central Diary should include all main Committees, Sub Committees, Area
Committees, District Courts, Licensing Boards, Panels and Seminars etc. within
Dumfries and Galloway.
No other Committee meeting will normally take place on Tuesday
apart from the main Committees.
Sub Committees may be scheduled mainly on Thursdays.
The Directorates are responsible for arranging most meetings and must have
regard to Members' commitments. Thereafter the Directorates should advise of
all arrangements for the inclusion in the update to ensure it is comprehensive.
Any double booking means the second booking must be cancelled by
the department.
