You are about to download data onto your PC.
When you select the link below a comma separated data file will appear in a new
browser window. To save this to your hard drive :
Highlight the text, copy and paste it into a text (.txt) file using a text
editor such as notepad. Save this file.
You should now have a comma separated data file which you can use as a data
source in a word processor or spreadsheet for your mail merge.
If you have problems using this text file open it up again and look to see if
the first line or lines are blank. Remove any blank lines at the start of the
file - data import wizards will most likely fail if you don't.
When you have finished, close the browser window containing the comma separated
data file.
