To give assistance, by disbursement of money, out of the income or capital of the fund to individuals, groups, societies and other bodies of whatever description, in the furtherance of their own aims and objectives where such aims and objectives are charitable and in the opinion of Trustees in the interests of the community in Lockerbie.
